Moving on bad habits..

Moving on bad habits..

Dear readers, happy new year, and welcome to a brand new blog post.

It's a brand new year, and it's a brand new life!! Like every year, people start writing their resolutions, and expectations... but like always, people keep some bad habits, without them knowing, which can affect their plans... So, this post is all about how to get through those harmful habits...

The first thing, to begin with, is mentally rejecting those habits, and just think of them as life-threatening...

The second advice is to start by making the first move; which is planning new healthy habits, in order to know the right habit for you...

The third step is to limit your daily habits to two habits max!!! otherwise, you'll never be used to the daily habits that you're trying to create...

Bear in mind that a new habit needs up to 21 days to be a part of your daily routine. So you need to be patient, and determent on including whatever habit you want into your life!!!

Also, try to pick something that's good for you, not just because you saw it on a Youtube video, you need to find yourself throughout these habits!!!

Last but not least, I want to stress the importance of making each habit worth your precious time!!! So maybe you can share your habits with a partner, a family member, or a friend so that you won't get tired of it, or try to give up!!!!

Lastly, be more careful about when that habit needs to be done, so it's really important to organize your day!!!

Stay Safe...
